All types of volunteers are needed. Following the clinic, we will have fun in the sun with both land and sea local adventures. Enjoy snorkeling, surf lessons, trekking and sea kayaking all included in the cost of your trip! GREECE: UNITING CULTURES AROUND ANIMAL WELFARE - JUNE 2-12, 2012Due to the success of and tremendous interest in our Greece animal welfare trips in 2009 and 2010, we have once again added a trip for 2012. We will continue to address with locals the tragic and inhumane conditions that exist in Greece for dogs: abandonment, neglect, starvation, poisoning, overpopulation, abuse and mistreatment. inside/out's trip participants will assist animal welfare advocates in Greece who are desperately trying to improve these conditions. These people have made a difference for many animals by providing veterinary care, sterilzation, feeding and rehoming. We will work with local shelters doing hands on work as well as continuing our work in education and awareness among the Greek communities.

Humanitourism™ Nepal will include a rewarding project rebuilding and improving a trail connecting villagers near the Khumbu Valley in the Everest region to markets and other necessary resources in Lukla. We will be working side by side with the villagers on this project and will incorporate both some homestays and village camps during our time there. Following our project work, we will embark on a wilderness trek that parallels the famous Khumbu Valley trek up to Everest Base Camp and offers the same incredible views but in a truly unspoiled and off the beaten path experience. We will avoid the crowds and tourist influx of the typical valley trek. This is an incredible time to be in the valley, with springtime flowers and lush greenery. There will be an opportunity for some amazing photography. GREEK ISLANDS: ZAKYNTHOS SEA TURTLE CONSERVATION
